Associate Building Manager
Due to the continued growth and the increasing demand for our Building Management services, Vantage Strata is looking to employ an Associate Building Manager to join our team with the view to becoming a full Building Manager after proving their suitability for the role. The timing for any appointment to a Building Manager will be dependent on the needs of the business.
This person’s duties will be to provide on-site Building Management coverage during leave taken by our existing employees and to assist where necessary at other times
Overview
- Managing repairs and associated attending contractors
- Manage waste movement and collection
- Liaise with the Strata Manager and the Committee as required
- Assist residents as required
- Provide reports and recommendations as required
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Other general duties
Requirements and Preferences
Requirements
- Must have a current valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transport
- Must be a self-driven person who can also work well within a team
- Must be willing to undergo a police check or can provide a current police check
- Must be well presented with good communication skills
- Must be reliable and honest
Preferences
- Have some trade experience, for example, plumbing, carpentry, or other transferrable skills.
