Associate Strata Manager


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a team player with strong customer relationship and administration skills to join the team at Vantage Strata.

We are an innovative, rapidly growing Strata Management business based in Canberra and expanding nationally. Renowned for providing an outstanding level of customer service, we require an individual who exhibits a strong sense of commitment to their portfolio and excels at building a rapport with stakeholders at all levels.



As part of this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Assisting a team of Strata Managers with managing a large portfolio of buildings.
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, building managers and various others via phone and email.
  • Assisting the Strata Managers with preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, letters and other documentation as required.
  • Lodging insurance claims where required.
  • Arranging quotations with contractors for repairs and maintenance works across the portfolios.
  • Training and mentoring provided.

  • Being organised and structured.
  • A positive attitude and must be willing to learn and take direction.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence on a regular basis.
  • Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Being competent in Microsoft Office and Excel.
