Senior Strata Manager
We are looking for a talented Senior Strata Manager to join our award-winning team!
The role of Senior Strata Manager is instrumental to our core business of delivering high quality professional strata management services to our clients. You will work in collaboration with a team of talented strata professionals who strive to deliver beyond expectations.
Overview
If you are ‘worth your salt’, you understand the role:
- Working closely and building relationships with Executive Committees and Owners.
- Managing a portfolio of buildings and advising clients in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Liaising with developers, builders, owners, tenants, contractors, building managers and various others.
- Preparation of budgets/forecasts, meeting agendas, minutes, letters and other documentation as required.
- Making site visits and doing general inspections of buildings under management.
- Implementing maintenance programs in conjunction with the facilities team for buildings under management.
- Establishing insurance policies and lodging claims where required.
- Convening and attending Annual General Meetings, General Meetings and Executive Committee meetings.
- Ensuring legislation and by-laws are adhered to.
Main Duties/Responsibilities

- Ability to negotiate and being confident in managing disputes as they arise.
- The ability to run and control meetings.
- Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence on a regular basis.
- Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Being competent in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- An understanding of financial statements.
- A minimum of at least 2 -3 years in Strata Management is essential
