Vantage Command Centre

Through the Vantage Command Centre, you can:

• Rules and by-laws relating to the property
• Pets' information and application process
• Recycling and waste disposal guidelines
• Applications for alterations to your unit (via your landlord/agent approval)
• Building plans and other useful documents

We encourage you to take pride in your community and help us maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all residents. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

All residents share responsibility for building security. A few things to keep in mind:

• Do not leave valuables in vehicles, including building access equipment such as remotes, keys, and swipe cards.
• Do not allow tailgating into parking areas or entrance doors.
• Ensure garage doors and other access doors are closed correctly after use.
• If you have a storage cage, store only general items - not high-value belongings.

Should your building have a basement:

• The basements are regarded as "wet areas" and on occasion you will experience water seepage.
• The basement has been designed to accommodate this ingress.
• Should your storage cage be situated in the wet areas, it is highly advisable that you only store items suitable for this environment.
