Access items
Your initial access items, including keys, fobs, and remotes, are handed over at settlement by the party facilitating it. Your sales documents confirm how many you should receive.
Need additional access items?
Keys: Email reception@vantagestrata.com.au with your address, the quantity required, and a photo of your current keys (we need this to confirm the cutting code).
Fobs and remotes: Order these through the Vantage Command Centre once your login is active.
Section 115
If you've engaged a solicitor for your purchase, ask them to email your Section 115 to adminsupport@vantagestrata.com.au. This gets you on the strata roll, unlocks your Vantage Command Centre login, and lets us process any additional key requests quickly.

Moving in
A few ways to be considerate of your new neighbours on moving day:
- Keep accessways clear and avoid leaving removal vehicles on common property longer than necessary.
- The complex isn't set up to handle large removalist waste such as oversized boxes, Styrofoam, and hard waste. Break these down and dispose of them at a nearby waste facility rather than leaving them in common bins.
- Clean up any mess from the move as you go.

Keys: what we cover, what you organise
Vantage Strata can help with access keys to your building and unit. Other keys are the responsibility of the owner and need to come from your sales agent or developer. This includes mailbox keys, balcony keys, and window keys.
If anything from your initial handover is missing, your sales agent or developer is the first point of contact.

The Vantage Command Centre
Vantage Strata uses an online portal called the Vantage Command Centre. All residents are strongly encouraged to download the app, since it's how you'll stay across important updates about the property.
Through the Vantage Command Centre you can:
- Order new keys, fobs, and remotes
- Submit maintenance requests
- Access building documents
- Receive alerts and updates from the strata manager

Your Vantage Command Centre login details are sent once we receive your Section 115.

Utilities
A few things to set up directly:
Electricity and gas (hot water): Set up your own accounts with your chosen retailer.
Water: Set up an account with ICON Water. All units pay a supply charge for connection to water and sewerage. Whether you also pay consumption charges depends on the complex.
Internet and phone: Available through the NBN Co network. If you have trouble connecting, check with your Strata Manager, as some properties run on an embedded network, which changes how you connect.
Service address format
When setting up any of these, use your door and street number as the service address (for example, 999/102 Easty Street).

Issues inside your unit
Refer to the settlement guide from your developer. It includes the relevant trade contacts for your unit's initial warranty period.
