Section 119 Sales Certificate – ACT

S119 (ACT) 

  • Includes Section 119 Certificate, Owners Ledger, Certificate of Currency and two (2) years of Minutes and required reports.

An updated section 119 can be ordered if you have previously ordered a full Section 119 and it is more than 90 days old. An updated section 119 will also include a current owner ledger suitable for confirmation of any outstanding levies and fees for property settlement. Turnaround time for this will be 2-3 business days.

Certificates can now be ordered through our external partner’s website Taylr, where you will find detailed instructions and options for processing. Please note that under the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011, Section 119 Certificates must be provided within 14 days of request.
